Applicant seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.3604 of 2025 (State vs. Manoj and Others), arising out of Case Crime No.421 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2)A, 238A B.N.S., Police Station- Shikarpur, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, co-accused persons Balbir and Daulat are stated to have called the deceased person from the house and taken him to buy vegetables, whereby applicant and other accused persons are stated to have committed his murder. 5.
