Heard Sri Vivek Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0111 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Tajibajar, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith two other named accused persons and some unknown persons is stated to have committed murder of father of informant on 10.07.2025 at about 7:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by more than two hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Admittedly, the informant is not an eye-witness as is but evident from his two statements
