Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.246 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 125 and 190 BNS, Police Station Menhadawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons, Rohit Nishad and Sohit @ Chhotu Nishad have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 9.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.26212 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 15.6.2025, having no criminal history.
