This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant-Mahmood Beg, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 377 of 2025, under Sections 140 (3), 351 (3), of BNS and Section 3/5 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibtiion of Unlawful Covnersion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station-Bhuta, District-Bareilly, during the pendency of trial.
