Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2025, under Sections 55, 103(2), 61(2), 152, 196, 197, 299, 351(3), 353(2) of BNS, Section 13 of U.P. Prevention of Unlawful Activities Act, Section 67 of I.T. Act and Section 7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, Police Station - Kakrauli, District - Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Saleem, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 4.12.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 41764 of 2025. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the
