The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Complaint Case No.11649 of 2021 (Case Crime No.12 of 2021), under Sections 376, 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Ushait, District- Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant is the brother-in-law (devar) of the victim/complainant and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier on 11.10.2020, the complainant lodged a first information report against the applicant and his family members, registered as Case Crime No.0233 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P.
