This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sitaram Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 221 of 2024, under Sections 34, 323, 504, 506, 327, 342 of IPC and Section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station Bhognipur, District Kanpur Dehat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.10.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that general role has been assigned to the applicant and that similarly circumstanced co-accused Rishi Yadav @ Arpit has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 10.4.
