Act and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Saleem has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 4.12.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.41764 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 25.7.2025, having no criminal history.
