The applicant is named in the FIR with the allegation that on 16.09.2025 at about 4:00 a.m. the applicant came to her house when she was alone, thereafter, he lured and seduced her took her to Delhi and committed her rape, thereafter, seducing her she left her on 17.09.2025 in unconscious state while extending threats that he had made video clip and if she tells about the incident to anyone he will viral such video clip.
