Court No. - 65 HON'BLE DR. GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that in the FIR the victim alleges that on 27.07.2025 at about 4:00 a.m. the applicant came into her house and on the pretext of false promise of marriage he committed her rape and now she threatening her. Learned counsel further submits that though the victim in her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS the victim has reiterated the version of FIR but there are material contradictions in her both the statements with the version of FIR. The victim is a married lady and is mother of three children. The doctor who conducted medical examination of the victim in her statement has stated that
