As per the prosecution story, the deceased alongwith his maternal uncle, Atikurrahman, had gone to the house of Faizan on 18.07.2025 at about 4:00 p.m., where the named accused person, Aadil, entered into a verbal spat with him, as such, in the house of Faizan itself, alongwith other 2-3 unknown persons, at the exhortation of Faizan, Aadil is stated to have committed the murder of grandson of informant by shooting him. 5.
