By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Ram Lakhan, seeks bail in Case Crime No. 61 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 351(2), 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Basal Araila, District Agra. 3. The F.I.R. dated 26.09.2025 was lodged by the victim herself that when she was taking bath in her home the applicant reached there and made video clip and photographs of her and by extending threats of making viral such her video clip and photographs he entered into physical relation with the victim forcibly, on 20.09.2025 at about 1:20 hours in the night and called her to meet him, when she refused the applicant extended threats to the victim that he shall inform her husband and also make viral such video clip and photographs, thus, due to fear she consumed poison on 21.09.20
