Akbar Shah Alam Khan, learned counsel for applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.490 of 2020, under Sections 302 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Kithor, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge her on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the witnesses have turned hostile. There is no likelihood of conviction of applicant in the instant case. The co-accused persons, namely, Jaivir and Smt. Poonam, have already been enlarged on bail. The applicant is in jail since 11.02.2025 and is ready to cooperate with trial.
