Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.111 of 2025, under Sections 55, 103(2), 61(2), 152, 196, 197, 299, 351(3), 353(2) B.N.S., Section 13 Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, Section 67 Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and Section 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932, Police Station- Kakrauli, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forwarded indecent message, which might have led to communal riots. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
