The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 278 of 2025, under Sections 75, 333, 352, 351(3), 64(2)M BNS, Police Station Babina, District Jhansi during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 20.06.2025. The first information report was lodged on 22.09.2025. The delay is fatal to the prosecution case. There are inconsistencies in the statements of the victim under Sections 180 and 183 BNSS. In the FIR and the statement of the victim under Section 180 BNSS, there is no allegation of rape against the applicant. It is contended that an exaggerated version has been narrated by the vict
