Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegation against the applicant is that he on the pretext of marriage were establishing physical relations with the informant/victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim is a married lady and is mother of two children. Learned counsel further argued that though the victim has reiterated the averments of the F.I.R., in her statements recorded under Sections 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S. but the ingredients of Section 69 of B.N.S. is not attracted in the present case.He further submits that the applicant was residing in front of the victim house and that being a neighbour, the victim in need of money demanded money from the applicant several times as such the applicant had transferred mone
