Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegations against the applicant is that the informant's daughter aged about 21 years has been enticed away by the applicant on the pretext of marriage. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 02.09.2025 whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 04.09.2025 without there being any plausible explanation of such delay He further submits that after recovery of the victim, she was medically examined on 05.09.2025, wherein hymen is found old torn healed.
