The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 326 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, an altercation had taken place between the applicant and the deceased person on 18.06.2025 at about 7:30 p.m.. Subsequent to it, the applicant and the co-accused person started arguing with the son of the informant at 8 p.m., as well, whereby the wife of the grandson of the informant were also present. In the meantime, the informant and the other persons heard gunshots and rushed towards the place of occ
