Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.127 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S. and Sections 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Mansoorpur, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that although the applicant is named in the FIR, but the said nomination is on the basis of suspicion only. There is no eye-witness to the incident. Subsequently an eye-witness Priyanshu has been wrecked in by the prosecution whose statement was recorded on 15.05.2025, which is after a delay of about twenty days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused, but the statement of said witness Priyanshu was also recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., wh
