The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Binda Devi with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2025, under Section 8/20/29/25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Chalani, P.S. N.C.B. Gorakhpur, PS. Nandganj, District- Ghazipur . Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that no recovery was effected from the possession of the applicant or her pointing out.
