Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 3/11 Prevention of Cruelty Against Animals Act, Police Station- Garhmukteshwar, District- Hapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not arrested from the spot and his name surfaced in the statement of the co- accused.
