Heard Sri Akhilesh, learned counsel for applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.189 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 85 B.N.S., Police Station Pali Mukeempur, District Aligarh with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is delayed by about four days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The viscera was preserved and no poison was found in it, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication. The cause of death is yet to be ascertained by the prosecution. The sister of deceased has categorically stated that the victim went ill and had undergone treatment for two days in her house and was taken by the applicant to his house, whereby she expired.
