This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, and Section 109 of BNS, Police Station Chandauli, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the applicant is the Driver of the vehicle in question. He submits that the the allegation of transporting of animals for slaughtering is false. He submits that there is no recovery of cow progeny or cow meat or any other incriminating article from the possession of the present applicant
