This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kallu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 165 of 2025 , under Sections3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Section 109 (1), 325 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Bariyarpur, District Deoria. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.5.2025.
