Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 108 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Bamarauli Katara, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the deceased is stated to have received a call from the applicant and the co-accused person Prem Singh whereby on the call the deceased is stated to have left the house in the night of 13.08.2025. The dead body of the deceased person was recovered from an agricultural field near Yamuna River, Agra, as such, the FIR was instituted against the applicant and co-accused person.
