Heard Shri Rishabh Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Imran, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 145 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Refinery, District- Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that a joint recovery of Ganja was shown from the possession of the arrested accused persons which was subsequently distributed and roped. 10 Kg. Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is below commercial quantity. In fact no such recovery was effected
