This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rahul Paswan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 239 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Syedraja, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.8.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused persons, namely, Vishal Yadav and Ankit Yadav have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 7.10.2025 and 15.10.2025, respectively in Criminal Misc.
