This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant-Shravan Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2024, under sections 8/20/60 of NDPS Act, Police Station-Naugarh, District- Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 24.09.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Nagendra Kumar, has already been enlarged on bail by moving his second bail application being Criminal Misc. Bail Application no. 18891 of 2025, by this Court vide order
