Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is named in the FIR along with two named accused and some unknown. In the FIR the informant alleges that on 11.02.2025 when his daughter aged about 25 years alone in the house then named accused including the applicant and some unknown persons reached there and started molesting her and they also made video clip of such incident. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS the victim states that on the date of occurrence when she was alone one co-accused, Vishal came there and started her molesting, Nitesh was making video and the applicant was also presen
