This is the second bail application filed by the applicant. The first bail application filed by the present applicant has been rejected by this Court by means of a detailed order dated 31.7.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15175 of 2025, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the bail application. The applicant Udaiveer, has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1), 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 30 of Arms Act, Police Station Chaubiya, District Etawah during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
