Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 251 of 2025, under Sections 103, 85 of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Chhatari, District Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that it is true that the deceased had died due to shock hemorrhage as a result of ante-mortem injuries but the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. The deceased slipped on the stairs, as such, sustained the said injuries. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that the FIR is delayed by about 21 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
