The applicant has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 333 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 121(1), 221(1), 121(2), 132, 125, 221, 310(2), 115(2), 223(b), 311, 317(3), 352 of BNS and Section 25(1-A), 25(1-A-B) of Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali Sambhal, District Sambhal, during the pendency of the trial. In support of this second bail application, learned counsel for the applicant has reiterated the entire submissions made in the first bail application,
