The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.65 of 2019, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Lotan, District Siddharth Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the fourth bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first and second bail applications were rejected by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 17.3.2020 and 20.09.2021 passed in Criminal Misc.
