This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Smt. Pankaj, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 653 of 2025, under Section 99 of BNS and Section 3/4/5/6/7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, Police Station-Tajganj, Agra, District-Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only allegation upon the applicant is that he was arrested alone from one room of the alleged guest house. Recovery of one Vivo Phone and Rs
