Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.592 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Baraut, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up in the supplementary statement of the informant and also in the statement of his son, who was witness to the inquest proceedings, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that there is no previous criminal history of the applicant except a case foisted on him subsequent to the instant case. The applicant is languish
