The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Asif, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 354 of 2025, under Section 8/21/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Gangoh, District- Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that no recovery has been made from the applicant and alleged recovery is made from the co-accused persons namely, Imran and Islam, in whose confessional statement, name of applicant is shown.
