Rajpoot, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mahesh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 230 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 61(2)(a), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act and Section 16/17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Shahbad, District Rampur during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 7.10.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no specific role has been assigned to the a
