Heard Shri Anil Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Yagyvalk Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Ritesh Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 428 of 2025, under Section 8/22/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Badlapur, District- Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that no recovery has been made from the possession or pointing out of the applicant and alleged recovery has been made from the possession of other co-accused persons.
