The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Asif with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 209 of 2025, under Section 8/21/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Gangoh, District- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that as per prosecution case, allegation of selling the intoxicating substance has been levelled against the applicant. There is no recovery of any intoxicating substance from the possession of the applicant.
