The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Abid with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2025, under Sections 307, 317 (4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 136, 137 of Indian Electricity Act, Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 8.9.2025.
