This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Akash Kevat , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 110 of 2025, under Sections 352, 351 (2), 55 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66 of I.T. Act, Police Station Saraymamrej, District Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.6.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Uma Shankar Bind @ Baba has already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 1.12.2
