The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Suraj Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 105 of 2024, under Section- 147, 149 and 302 of I.P.C., Police Station - Rudhauli, District- Basti. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 28.5.2025 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the statement of PW-1, the role of crushing the deceased under wheels of car has been assigned to co-accused, Krishna Yadav.
