The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Akbar with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 384 of 2025, under Sections 110, 115 (2), 126 (2), 324 (4), 351 (3) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station-Rath, District-Hamirpur, during pendency of trial.
