The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 115(2), 352 and 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Lalauli, District Fatehpur during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant and his first bail application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2025 but he is pressing the instant second bail application on the ground that after rejection of first bail application of the applicant co-accused Ravi Nishad @ Ravindra Kumar Nishad has been released on bail vide order dated 07.10.2025 and case of applicant is
