Heard Sri Krishna Gopal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.438 of 2023, under Sections 302, 120-B, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Quilla, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the suicide note of the deceased person. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that even the applicant is not named in the FIR and her name has come up on the basis of extra- judicial confession before one Gayatri Devi, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law.
