The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Shakib with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.553 of 2025, under Sections 109 (1), 115 (2), 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 351 (2), 131 BNS and 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station-Lohiya Nagar, District-Meerut, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 19.09.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that first information report was lodged against 6 named and 10- 15 unknown persons. The applicant was not named in the First Information Report.
