Shaan with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 493 of 2025, under Sections 61 (2), 191 (2), 191 (3), 115 (2), 352, 351(3), 109 (1), 3(5) BNS and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station-Lohiyanagar, District-Meerut, during pendency of trial.
