The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant- Naved with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 463 of 2025, under Section 109(1) B.N.S., Section 3/5-A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Animals Cruelty Act and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Kotwali Shamli, District- Shamli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that one alive calf, two knives, one axe, 1 Daon are alleged to have been recovered, but there is no independent witness of the recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicant is languishing in jail since 13.09.2025 and he has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that there is no possibility of the applicant of
