The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant- Naved with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 463 of 2025, under Section 109(1) B.N.S., Section 3/5-A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Animals Cruelty Act and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Kotwali Shamli, District- Shamli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that one alive calf, two knives, one axe, 1 Daon are alleged to have been recovered, but there is no independent witness of the recovery.
