The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Gopal Saini with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 208 of 2020, under Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, Police Station- Chaubepur, District-Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 27.08.2020. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first information report was lodged by the informant on 13.07.2020 on the basis of statement of 45 Card holders alleging not to supply the food grains properly.
