This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants, Monu Alias Shahrukh and Tabish, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 500 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/5/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/25/27 ARms Act, Police Station- Deoband, District- Saharanpur. 3.
